Green Actions 4 Earth Hosts Third Scheduled Donation Drive of 2026

August 2nd - 2026 ---- Despite challenging weather conditions, Green Actions 4 Earth held its third scheduled donation drive of the year — proving that our community's generosity wasn't deterred by the weather. 

Heavy rain moved through the area on the day of the event, making it difficult for many neighbors to make the trip out with their donations. Even so, we're grateful to have collected two boxes of donated items, including clothes, shoes, books, and non-perishable food, thanks to the dedicated few who braved the conditions to support our mission.

We know that many households in our community wanted to participate but simply couldn't get out in the storm. Rather than let their generosity go unrealized, we've decided to schedule another donation drive in August, giving everyone a fresh opportunity to contribute.

Every donation, whether it's two boxes or nine, moves us closer to our goal of reducing waste and supporting our neighbors. We're thankful to everyone who showed up despite the rain, and we're looking forward to an even bigger turnout when we return in August.
